Shipping and HandlingShipping is available in the continental United States and Canada. At this time, no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Most items fall outside the restrictions of small parcel shippers such as UPS or Fed Ex, and will be shipped via LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. Many items are large and may require special delivery and/or unloading arrangements. It will be your responsibility to make and pay for those arrangements, either with the carrier, or an outside agency. Damaged or Shorted MerchandisePlease inspect your shipment, including inside your boxes for damage or shortages before signing the shipment documents and accepting the delivery. If your order arrives damaged or short, obtain an exception number from the truck driver, refuse any damaged items at time of delivery, and call 1-800-843-3336 within two days. If you accept, or do not clearly notate problems prior to the driver leaving, you may be responsible for losses. Return PolicyProduct in the original un-opened packaging can be return. Customers will be responsible for freight charges associated with the return and a 20% re-stocking fee applies once the product is inspected and approved for credit. Please call for further details.
